Is it pitiful that I’m actually upset over that fact I will never be with Liam Hemsworth? He’s everything I look for in a guy. He’s perfect for me. I have issues. =’(
When i go now, just starting, i do 15 mins on the bike, level 8, averaging 3 miles.
Stop n stretch 5-10 mins, then do random weight lifting machines, hitting every muscle group, arms, legs, abs.
Then do treadmill usually 10-20 mins (all i can do right now will increase)
Am i doing it right? anything to add or take out?
My problem area is my belly. legs and arms are okay, for now.
